Ticket policies & privacy

Policy version 2026-10-21.1. This is the local demo policy. The cancellation fee deduction and final operating details need review under applicable law before live sales.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds are issued unless the event is cancelled or a refund is required by applicable law. If the event is cancelled, the refund is the amount paid for the affected tickets less the original payment-processing fee, only to the extent permitted by applicable law. No processing fee is deducted from a complimentary ticket or a cash payment. Refunds for electronic payments are returned to the original payment method when supported.

Complimentary tickets have a $0 purchase price and do not create a cash refund entitlement. Do not send card numbers by email. Contact us for cancellation instructions; electronic refunds return to the original payment method when supported, while offline-payment refunds are handled with the organizer. Bank processing times vary.

Postponed events

If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Contact Elovated Entertainment for an individual review of any refund request. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law.

Admission and ticket value

No cash value. This ticket is for admission and cannot be exchanged for cash, except for eligible event-cancellation refunds or refunds required by applicable law.

Each QR code admits one person once. Copies and screenshots use the same ticket; the first valid scan records admission and later scans are rejected. Keep your QR code private. Admission is subject to the event’s published age, identification, and entry requirements.

Check the event date, venue, age / ID rules, and description of your ticket type before purchasing. Contact us with accessibility questions. Additional VIP benefits are only those expressly listed for the event.

Prices, promotions, and delivery

Prices are in US dollars. The order review shows ticket quantity, price, any accepted promo discount, and the total before checkout. There are no additional booking or email-delivery fees in this demo. Live tax treatment and any future mandatory fees must be configured and disclosed before accepting payment. A promo code is subject to its expiry, ticket-type restriction, and remaining ticket redemptions; only one code applies to an order.

Tickets are provided on the confirmation page after payment confirmation and by email when email delivery is connected. Save the private ticket link or QR image. Copies of a QR code do not create additional admissions. Contact support for missing tickets or resending. The local demo does not automatically send email or charge payments.

Privacy notice

Elovated Entertainment collects the buyer’s name and email, event and ticket selections, order amounts and payment references, unique ticket codes, check-in records, and the version and time of checkout-policy acceptance. These records are used to deliver tickets, manage entry, prevent duplicate use, provide support, communicate event changes, and handle eligible refunds.

When connected for live use, payment, ticket-email, and hosting providers process the information needed for those services. The application uses Stripe-hosted checkout for card payment and does not store complete card numbers. Private ticket links and QR codes allow access to tickets; share them only with the intended guests. Administrative and scan records require authorized staff access.

This checkout does not enroll you in marketing. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to request deletion. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes. The final provider list and retention schedule must be confirmed before live sales.
